Shipping Locations
Our main factories are located in Asia, including China and India, as well as in the USA, such as in Colorado. Shipments are routed based on stock availability and the shipping address. You cannot specify a factory for order fulfillment.

Return and Refund
xReturns are only accepted if your order is incorrect or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for repair or replacement. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
In rare cases where your order is not delivered, we will provide a full refund.
You Can Return If:
- Your order is broken or damaged
- You received wrong items, sizes, or colors
You Cannot Return If:
- You purchased the wrong size
- You dislike the item for personal reasons
- Items show scratches, discoloration, or loss of shine after delivery
- Diamonds fall out or become loose after delivery
- Your chain is twisted, tangled, or misaligned
- Pendant loops don't match chains or necklaces

- If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label
- Print and attach the label
- Ship via USPS
Important Notes:
- Declare value between $60-80 to avoid import/export taxes
- All original packaging required
- We're not responsible for lost returns

Refund Timeline:
- Processing within 5 business days after receiving return
